Securing admission into the well-regarded “M7” IIMs (often referred to as MILK for IIMs Mumbai, Indore, Lucknow, Kozhikode) necessitates a higher CAT percentile, typically above the 80th percentile. These IIMs are renowned for their robust academic curriculum and impressive placement records.
Finally, for the top-tier IIMs, known as the ABC IIMs (IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Calcutta), the competition is the toughest. Candidates generally need to score in the 90th percentile or higher to have a realistic chance of admission.
